YEAH!!! Charles went to closing at 2:30 today. We own the house, 10 acres, 2 barns...it is everything we always wanted for our family. Here is the 1894 picture of the house. Wasn't she beautiful. I can't wait to take the second story of the deck back off and start to make her look right again!!!
The trucks have already started moving in! 
It's kind of hard to see, because it was already getting dark when we went up tonight, but here in the front is the dirt pile that came out from under the house the first day. They are going to dig out a crawl space under the house, pour 60 new concrete piers, replace all of the joists and add 300 feet of steel i-beams...(cost $26,900 if they are all bad).We are enjoying the history we are finding out about the place. I will post that stuff as we get it in a seperate blog entry.
