Five and Seven hundred dollar heating bills to keep the house at 62 or 66 are not going to work for us....so we started searching for alternate heat sources and this is what we found. This beauty was on Craig's List and came out of Linn Creek Missouri. We took the seats out of the van, loaded up the family (in the car) and had a road trip to go pick this beauty up. Isn't it pretty! It will hopefully be big enough to provide plenty of heat for the house and lessen the love/hate affair we are having right now with our Ameren bill...
Unfortunately, that means that what went up, must come down...
So, the bar area in the kitchen is no more...now it will make for a warm and cozy kitchen whose heat will fill the house...we hope!
But, of course, this also means that the kitchen is a mess again with tools etc..blah! Think heat, think heat, think heat...and wish us luck with this one!
